Esther Yong graduated with a second class upper LLB (Hons) from Multimedia University in 2019. She commenced her pupillage at Messrs. Valerie Chong & Co under the chambers of Ms. Valerie Chong in August 2019 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in September 2020.

Subsequent to her call to the Malaysian Bar, Esther was retained to practice as a legal assistant at Messrs. Valerie Chong & Co. Esther’s primary area of practice is general civil litigation which includes probate matters, uncontested divorce petitions and bankruptcy proceedings. Esther also provides her assistance substantially regarding strata management related matters at the firm.

Esther is also currently pursuing her Masters in Law in University Malaya.
